October 2008 turned out to be a better month than August for the downtown Nashville condo closings.  There were closings in Werthan Mills, the Viridian, Ireland Street in Hope Gardens, Harrison Square and Morgan Park Place. 

Numbers are showing an average sales price per square foot at $200.03.

Emily...I have to plead the Fifth...how many condo buildings do you have in DT Nashville? I know that Novare Group from here in ATL did a building there, I just don't remember the name of it! Have you ever worked with Brian Dover from Sharpe Mortgage? He was up there often working on that project!

At least you have had some sales in the area. We are having them in Midtown Atlanta, but it's a challenge, to say the least!
