He is a very nice 10 acre parcel. Lightly rolling all open with a small pond in back. Great for pasture land for horses or???? Zoned in ag district, this parcel is close to freeway access and to town. North Branch Mn, being the closest town is in a small building boom. this one should go quick William. The one thing I hear from buyers alot is that they are looking to have a pond (or stream) on their property.
Can't go wrong with this one in my opinion. I lived on 10 acres with a small pond for about a year.... Enjoyed it so much we bought the 10 acres next door when it became available :-D
