I received this message last night. What a great question. I actually started to laugh.
From my recent posts I could clearly understand why someone would be asking that question. I hope to be able to clear up the confusion for myself and any visitors to my Blog and websites;
I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (Mortgages)
I am a Certified Credit Consultant for United Credit Education Services (Credit Repair and Education)
I am a Consultant for Freedom Financial Group (Debt and Mortgage Elimination)
I am a Consultant for Consolidated Solutions Group (foreclosure assistance)
I am a Trainer for Vertekk on internet marketing (Internet Marketing)
(I think that is all on them?)
WOW, some days I wake up confused!
Here is the idea MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME.
I spend 20 years as a contract designer for FORD MOTOR COMPANY (1980 - 2000) and we all know the current situation in the automotive industry.
I have spent the last 8 years in the mortgage industry, and I know I don't need to say anything about the current state of the mortgage industry.
The idea for those that might need an explanation is as follows; if ones not generating income the other is.
In today's economy if you are solely dependent of one source of income you might want to rethink your plan (my opinion). On top of that, with such a diverse group on clientele and different needs today that people have its kind of nice to be able to have an options for your past or present clients that walk through your door.
Now for you folks that are in the mortgage industry or the real estate industry I am pretty sure that you see how all the entities above tie together and further more they are definitely services that are needed.
Well, I hope that clears up the confusion. Because to be quite honest, even I'm starting to figure out what I do! Oh, and I almost forgot the most important job; Husband and father of 5 daughters ranging from 8 to 16 (that explains the need for cash flow)
