HAVE YOU EVER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CLIENTS?

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA Team IV Homes

Just how far do you go for your clients?

I have heard many stories about this subject.

I will tell you some of the things I have done & would love to hear how far you have gone.

I have mopped floors, cleaned windows, vacuumed carpets, cleaned a refrigerator and even mowed lawn.  I think the one thing I did that was above and beyond was I power washed a home to give it a nice clean look on the outside.  It's amazing what a power wash will do for vinyl siding and wood decks.

I know agents who have washed dishes and even cleaned toilets.

How far have you ever gone for a client?

Debbie-

I have vaccuumed, cleaned the house, shoveled out driveways, picked weeds, cleaned wood trim & doors and I have even babysat.  One of my sellers called me at 12:30 in the morning to say his son is sick with a fever and a cough...what should he give him???? hehe

I guess it comes with the territory, we wear many hats.

Laura,

Yes, it seems to come with the job doesn't it?   I guess the question is where do we draw the line?

Debbie,  Don't know about cleaning the person's house.  However, are'nt you supposed to place your clients first?

Matthew,

Yes you are, but I thought our job was to market & sell the home not clean toilets & power wash the exterior.
