Nice job William...but frankly, Phoenix metro has you beat as far as golf courses go and while we may have had a nice run in home price gains, there's still better affordability in the Valley of the Sun than there is in San Diego.

OK Uzi, I'll concede that. But the last time I was over there, it was so freggin hot no one was on the golf courses. One could only do that at ones peril. But yes, I love Phoenix too! The visuals are of Scottsdale are even more beautiful.
