Hey Konnie we have played basketball at this center, it's been around for a very long time, and it is a very popular place to be, particularly in the evening, there are a ton of classes going on and the parking lot is always full.

For those who might not be able to afford membership in a gym or fitness center, remember that walking is always good for you, and you can do walking in short increments since the benefits are cumulative.

Remember to walk your neighborhoods and say hello to the people you meet. It's a form of networking, a very powerful form since they are your neighbors.

Also don't neglect the possibility of mall walking, especially early in the morning before the crowds arrive for the day.
