Its A Great Time to Use A Home Manager

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Karen Sue Realty, Inc.

  Home Managers Offered

Home Managers are Home Stagers that live in a vacant home while it is for sale. They have beautiful furniture, Stage it and take care of basic lawn care such as watering, mowing and edging. They also pay the utilities. This is a great alternative to traditional Staging where the seller pays $1800.00 and up to have the home Staged and then pays an ongoing monthly rental fee until the home sells. At Sellright Home Staging our experience has been, by the 3rd month sellers don't want to pay a monthly rental for the Staging and will have it removed. So now you have a house 3 months and more on the market and it's vacant.

Benefits to Sellers
using Home Managers

Homes will always show better than a vacant home.   No cost to home owner!!!   Home Managers are like house sitters, taking care of the home.   Seller gets relief from having to pay utility bills on a second home.   Home owners insurance will go down since home is no longer vacant.   Lawn is taken care of without the extra expense.   Home Managers always keep the home in showing condition and leave for showings with just a 15 minute notice.   If your seller is considering renting the house while on the market, the tenant is usually not cooperative with showing the house, the house will not show well, and can actually cause it to be on the market much longer. With Home Managers, the goal is to get the house sold as soon as possible. They are on your team!   For more information on this program pease call Karen Sue at 512-699-9996 or visit the  Sellright Home Staging website.

I've never heard of this concept! Very interesting! How long will they live on the property? Until it sells?
