Since the cost of doing business has gone up, and for many of the Realtors across the country, income has gone down, I was wondering what types of closing gifts other realtors are giving these days? I've heard other Realtor doing things like getting pizza or subs for the day the client moves, or sending framed photos of the new or old home, or gift cards for home improvement. Any thoughts?
