I live near this terrific, established development in Eagle, Idaho. I also had the distinct pleasure of working with one of the builder/developers of this master planned community, who shared with me his vision when creating this community. Notably, this was one of the first subdivisions in Ada County to set aside land for an elementary school. Other outstanding features include:

- 2000 Block of Parkforest Way-3 bd, 2.5 bath, 2568 approx sq ft. Listed for a second time on 8/13 and closed on 10/8. The original list price on this home was $535,000 (1st listing); it sold for $499.000.
