Hi Lou: I have been listening to a re-issued program called "Leading the Field" by Earl Nightingale - I believe it was first released in the last 60's early 70's - He says to figure out how to increase yourservice and success will follow - I totally agree with him. Increase service by becoming more knowledgeable, brushing up on opportunities and services that will help another, take a bit more time to explain a process, and so on. I just love talking about this sort of thing. Thanks so much for your post.
