Watch it and then ask yourself "What if it does work?" I know that you can think of many reasons not do this, but it only takes "1" reason to do it. My reason was that I was scared of the way the economy was starting to go, and that was last year. It's getting tougher all the time and it's not getting better any time soon. I believe that we are in this "Perfect Storm of Disaster" and we have no idea what to do to fix it. So, is it easier to wait for the economy to change altogether, or would it be easier and faster to use this economy to your benefit rather than fight it?
We are growing at a record pace, have lots of money, a pay plan that defies logic, and we are still in our infancy.
