This is the My Community 100/FLEX 100 program coupled with a Communitysecond mortgage. This is a 92% LTV 1st mortgage with a 8% LTV second. These loans are only available in Minnesota and Wisconsin and require a 680 credit score.
Program Highlights
One or Two Unit Owner Occupied
o Single or Two Family Residences, Condominiums or PUDs
Loan must receive Approve/Eligible recommendation from DU.
Manual underwriting is not accepted under this program. Expanded
Approval loans are not allowed.
Borrower may not own any other real property as of the mortgage
closing date.
Non-occupant co-borrowers are not allowed.
Non-traditional credit is not allowed.
DTI can not exceed 45% regardless of DU findings. No exceptions
Borrower must have a minimum 1 month' PITI in reserve after
closing of their own funds.
