The Garden Club of the Caldwells will be meeting at the West Caldwell Library - 30 Clinton Rd, West Caldwell on Thursday November 20 at 12:45pm.
The program will be "Silk Flowers" which will demonstrate the necessary skills for silk flower arranging. The guest speaker will be award winning designer - Barbara Hartmann, owner of Floral Artistry of Howell, NJ and president of Candlewood Garden Club.
