Pocket Flyers - For Sellers to Hand Out

Real Estate Agent with Holiday Realty of Central Oregon

Here is a great idea!

When you list a property, print some business cards with the home and information on one side and your information on the other side. Then give them to your sellers to hand out to people they talk to about their home. It is a great way to get informaion on their home and your information out to the people they talk to.

It also makes a good impression on your clients. Plus they are great to carry with you when  you are talking to someone about the home. And a great way to show possible future clients what creative ways you market property you have listed.

I hope this helps!

God bless,

Teresa Tieben

P.S. I just found a great website for buying business cards or for these pocket flyers. I tried Vistaprint.com, but they wanted to much money for what I needed, plus the cheapest shipping was going to take 21 days. And that was even going through the 250 free business cards.

Go to www.printsmadeeasy.com where they make very quality cards for a lot less than vistaprint. You can also get one that is glossy on one side as well. You can get 20 double-sided business cards for $3.99, 100 single sided for $14.99, 100 double-sided for $17.99, and they also have quantities of 300, 500, and more as well. I am very impressed with the quality and they can get them to me using the cheapest shipping rates in half the time of vistaprint. They also have pages of templates for you to choose from.

Hadn't thought of this, but pretty good idea.  www.overnightprints.com will do 100 double sided for $39.95.  Keep your front on file, upload the back, and off you go.

This is the greatest idea.  I will use it.

I use the www.vistaprint.com specials already.  They will charge you for shipping and the upload of pictures, extra for color back or you can do black and white on the back and that is free.  I like the idea alott.

I have another one that I saw and plan to check out how to do it for FREE or cheap. Set up a website for that property and get a sidekicker sign with the website address to add to your sign. Example:  www.3401penelope.com.  anymore???

i just ordered flyer business cards from vistaprint.  They were free until June 30th.  I did it a little different, I put all my listings in one area on the back instead of just one. With a big CALL ME in bold.  This way I won't have to redo so quickly should I sell the property. Of which I pray is soon.

Thank you for sharing such an amazing content. Companies can add promotions to help the business by creating posters and adding stickers from https://estickers.com.au to attract clients and customers.
