The Big Score

Education & Training with Keller Williams Realty

lindaI just had dinner with most amazing woman. She is pictured on the right and her name is Linda Ferrari. She is the CEO and founder of Credit Resource Corp. Her book, "The Big Score --getting it and keeping it" is out today on Amazon or her website, www.lindaferrari.com.

She gave me an advanced copy last night and also gave me the greatest tutorial on the credit scoring industry. You bloggers know I have never pitched a product in my life, but what Linda knows about the credit scoring industry is amazing.

So in keeping it real since many of you know my writing style, it was obvious that I was going to enjoy dinner, look at her, she is beautiful. What was incredible was her depth of knowledge on the credit scoring industry. She actually kept it so interesting at times I forgot how attractive she is. (no, really I did).

She hit on so many key points that effect real estate agents. many of my clients really didn't know their scores until they met with their lender, and for many this was too late. As an agent with a fiduciary responsibility to our clients we should be assisting them in becoming more aware of their scores.

Linda has is nationwide expert has delved into more than 14,000 credit reports. Ok, I have not done 14,000 of anything in my life. She has seen it all and she fixed it all and this is her message,

"Look, not all credit advice is good! With years of experience in this business, I can tell you that most of the information you hear or read about credit improvement contains erroneous or blatantly false information. Too many self-proclaimed credit and financial experts are now offering credit improvement tips, despite the fact that they have never repaired anyone's credit. This is a phenomenon should greatly concern consumers. You can not waste time going down a misguided path, led astray by the advice of someone who has hopped on the bandwagon because credit is now such a popular subject for the media to cover. I wrote this book to give individuals the right advice, the type of advice that will change their lives for better and for good"

I am highly endorsing this book for realtors, and our clients...it is a must have book. My favorite part of the book are on the 20 myths of credit.

On a personal note, Linda is raising a beautiful daughter in Newport Beach, she is completing her second book, she is an avid golfer, she is the whole package. I was so honored to have had the pleasure in meeting her.

Buy her book today.

Are you trying to "score" with her?

This is a fascinating blog.  It is definitely a fine recommendation for a needed piece of information.  And, it may well be one giant flirt.

Anyway, seriously, I do appreciate this and will check out her site.
