Can of Mixed Nuts

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Windermere Peninsula Properties

I often hear people talking unkindly about  others, that they weren't so fond of. I guess they didn't like their personalities so much. Their conversations remind me of some employees I had years ago in a land far, far away. Well it was really only about 30 minutes north of here... but it was a long time ago.

My words of wisdom for these disgruntled people, is that we are like a can of mixed nuts... Pecans, walnuts, cashews, peanuts. All of ‘em salty with a little nutty oil thrown in.. ( 2 of my favorite food groups... salt & grease!). All of them have a little different texture, sweetness. All of them have a different taste. But, the great taste only can happen when they all spend time together mixed in the can. If you don't care for one of the nuts, .. don't eat em... but they still have to be part of the mix to make it all work... to make it a great can of mixed nuts.

Diana--That is a very nice explanation...And every now and then a rotten nut can be found in the mix but it too can be tossed out.

Nuts, nuts, nuts, lets all jump in the can and see who gets toss first into the trash can. I'm an almond, because everybody loves almonds. ~ Diana good post; just joking around.

There are always going to be people who just feel the need to put others down in an effort to make themselves look and feel better. I don't get it and probably never will. Keep up your positive attitude around these people and maybe some of that will rub off on them.

Diana, You seem to have created a new philosphy. I have not heard the word Nuts used so eloquently except once in the history of the Battle of the Bulge, when the Germans asked the Americans to surrender and the Americans response...NUTS.
