The Jefferson Township Museum will continue its tradition of opening the first weekend of December for Museum Christmas.
This year, with the theme of "A Gingerbread Christmas", the charming 1870's building will be decorated with gingerbread of all kinds.
Hand made ornaments and room decorations will fill the Victorian home. Music played on the antique parlor melodium throughout the celebration, guided tours given by costumed historical society members, and gingerbread cookies and handcrafted ornaments will be offered.
Outdoor entertainment and refreshments will again take place on the banks of Russia Brook. There is no admission.
Join members of the Jefferson Township Historical Society and Museum Garden Club of Jefferson at the Jefferson Township Museum, 315 Dover-Milton Road, Jefferson, Saturday, December 6, 12-4 P.M. and Sunday, December 7, 1-4 P.M.
