Perfect Time for Twilight Open Houses!

By
Real Estate Agent with LISTINGLIGHT

With daylight savings time in the history books I don't have to tell you that its getting dark at 5p.m.! I developed a way to extend our sales day with a night light for real estate signs called a Listinglight. Sellers get an extra 150 hours of exposure and buyers can spot new or existing listings when house hunting at night. The win for the agents...more exposure means more sales! This house below was on the market almost 3 months until Rick added a Listinglight and sold it in two weeks. All signs are created equal in the day but your sign will have an unfair advantage at night. WWW.LISTINGLIGHT.COM

Twilight Open Houses are a great way to showcase your property when people are coming home from a hard days work and are looking for a new home or investment opportunity. Just think...people pull up to the home, see your name in lights and say that's the type of Realtor I would hire...someone who thinks out of the norm!

Think of the positives

  • Tamper and weather resistant (locks onto sign)
  • Fully illuminates both sides of the sign and flyer box
  • 150 extra hours of exposure for ther sellers
  • Has a 3 or 5 hour illumination option
  • Turns on and off automatically with light sensor
  • Battery operated for brighter and more reliable results than solar
  • Batteries last up to 8 weeks on 3 hour setting 6 weeks on the 5 hour
  • Use as a listing tool, it may help you get the listing

We have over 100 video and text testimonials on our website http://www.listinglight.com/testimonials.cfm

Bob, yes a wonderful idea, you can also use a spot light on a timer if it is ok with the seller.

Grreat idea.  Do you ever have the problem of people taking the listing lights?

Light is a deterrant of theft so we have very few reports on theft. As a matter of fact some kids think the light is a security device. They lock on extremely tight with 4 suction cups and 2 security screws. Remember when you go out shopping at night you park under a light not in a dark alley. Our sign has no purpose if people can't read them!
