Any suggestions on keeping brochure boxes shut? Especially in the rain

Help! I am constantly replacing soggy brochures from my brochure boxes, especially this time of year. I am looking for a handy way to keep the boxes from opening up when ever the wind blows. Does anyone have any suggestions?
