funny situations maybe even wild situations

Have you ever showed a home or was selling a home when a situations was so funny or so wild you had to tell your fellow agents about...

Once I was showing homes to a buyer.. I made appointments and most of the townhouses were vacant or no one was home..

We got to our last one, I knocked on the door and rang the bell--- no reply

so I used the supra ( boy do we get ripped off on that system) and YELLED OUT , HELLO,  IS ANY ONE HOME???

again no reply.............

We looked at the first floor, on the way up the stairs we saw the (FAMILY PHOTOS)  one lady and two dogs.

We were laughing outloud and making a lot of terrible comments........

SHES EVEN UGLIER THEN HER DOGS.............  THATS WHAT HER KIDS WOULD LOOK LIKE........ECT,,,  NOT VERY NICE STUFF 

but, we were having some fun at the end of a long day... 

My buyer was a younger guy who was pretty sarcastic..

as we got to the top of the stairs........

the door opened and out came the lady of the house...      we were stunned , and couldnt stop laughing to ourselves.

We said hello and continued to show..  Ive have learned to be less vocal on my joking when showing....

I have heard many stories from agents, buyers and sellers.. good, bad and wild....  Got any to add????
