Hello fellow ActiveRainers! I have FINALLY gotten around to posting my first blog post on ActiveRain. This is the official ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome you to my new blog on real estate: news, technology, video, social media and events.

For those of you that don't know me, my name is James Shiner and I am founder / lead developer at ZIPVO, the leading real estae media network. I have a passion for anything to do with the internet, especially in real estate. I have been developing websites for over 10 years and prior to ZIPVO I ran a marketing and advertising firm that specialized in website development, marketing collateral, speciality advertising, and graphic design.

My blog will cover anything related to real estate so be sure to subscribe so you can stay up to date with the latest and greatest in real estate. I am also a writer for Geek Estate Blog so my posts from there will be showing up here as well.
