The loan is based on a 6.5 % fixed rate for a 7/1 ARM on a 30 year amortized loan. Normally with 100% financing, the buyer would have monthly MIP (mortgage insurance premiums). This 100% financing incentive will NOT have Monthly MIP fees. And it gets even better; the builder will also pay up to 2% in closing costs.
