Services for Real Estate Pros with not sure yet, still interviewing

So, this is my first blog post on Active Rain... I have dabbled in blogging in the past, but nothing serious. I know I need to do some work on my profile here. I really don't have much to put on it yet. I will have pleanty to add when I am finished interviewing and I figure out where I am going to go. I have two more classes and then I can go and take my license exam. I am really starting to get excited! I have a passion for selling and I think that I will have the drive and intellegence to be a great Realtor. I sure do hope so!

In the mean time I am spending a lot of time researching. I have been reading lots of posts on active rain and several other sites, reading books and planning. I am going to start an official business plan. I also plan to work on a pre-listing package and basic marketing plan that I can adapt to different properties. I have a LOT of work to do, but it is fun!

Ali, I think you could make a great blog here.  You could share each step of your journey as a real estate agent.  Write a daily report of what you  did.  If you get to be really successful in a year, you'll leave a trail for others to follow.

I think that we should make a Shadowy Figure Bloggers group!  All anonymous/mysterious.  Oo0Ooh! By a home from me.  (That was supposed to be a ghost-like noise)

Seriously though, I'm completely new to the Real Estate business and I was just trying to pretend like I'd been in for awhile.  I'm having my first buyer's consultation meeting today and it's pretty exciting.

It's funny, when you posted on my blog I thought you were from Hopkins, MINNESOTA.

It'd be kind of fun to keep in touch back and forth to see how you're doing.

Ali, i do some inspections in the Henderson, Owensboro areas. I will probable do a bigger area as my buiseness grows. This is my first year in buisness for myself. I have always worked for other pest companies for over 12 years. I wish that i had did this a long time ago.

Ali, i hope that you take the real estate market by storm. Get into a really good networking group (stay away from the ones that want membership dues). Starting one with friends can be a great way to trade information & sources. The Chamber of Commerce is another good place to network.
