We now have 44 single family listings in South Lake Tahoe that are under $300,000 with 14 of them having 3 or more bedrooms. This was unheard of 18 months ago. It is a great time to invest in Tahoe. Since we are a resort town, and have limited building opportunities because of the Lake and the mountains, buying in this lower priced market may be a good move.
