Marketing New Construction In A New Market

It is a new "old" day!  I met with a builder I market for and we were discussing our plan of action for 5 remaining lots he has in subdivision in a rural area of New Hampshire.  They have sat there for the past year and though there is interest, all the potential buyers need to sell their current properties to purchase a new home.   These homes are energy efficient and low maintenance already...so the question is ...

What to do?

Let's build smaller homes! With so many towns/cities feeling the impact of reduced revenue the tax rates are rising rapidly...smaller homes will help lessen the monthly expense of owning a home.

We will offer capes and colonials with unfinished 2nd floors!

Instead of a 3 car garage...we will offer an oversized 1 or 2 car garage!

The experience of the 80's & 90's will shine through...getting back to basics!
