Yahoo Search or something really odd

Recently I posted this on another SEO Blog and a few othe SEO oriented sites\blogs

Although I was ranked high in Yahoo ,I am now way down now .
When I see the sites that are ranking for haveing search terms in there
url I have to ask myself .. how pointless is that .I mean do you even need a
se for that ?
IMO I would never use Yahoo and wait they should not rank for a search on the serps for a se cause there domain is not a search term !

Wow ! go figure ,perhaps my recent efforts have accomplised something .

Search Engine placement or SEO is a throw of the dice at best and not to be taken as the Gospel .

I have a hard time figuring out those search engines sometimes.

Actually, someone here posted a blog, several months ago about getting your site to come up high in the rankings of more than just Google. And this was one of the topics. I know we were originally told to use our names. But some of the search engines are now wanting to see the type of busines and location in the domain name. So I now use DaytonaBeachRealEstateSales.com in addition to LisaHillRealtor.com.

Yahoo really does a poor job in organic search. Maybe that is why their stock is below $10 a share.

Well it definitely helps to have your keywords in the domain name, but it is not the be-all-end-all. I think I will write a post on this tomorrow night. :)
