Is it to late to learn to BLOG?

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Realty Group

I have been in Real Estate for many years and I have learned to always, always have my glass half full.  The reson I see I need to blog is because so many Realtors get caught up in the negative.  You listen to all the news and even see all the ads, just don't feed into it.

Just recently I sold a house to my friend's daugher and they are still my friends.  But the girl just had lots of problems after she bought the house, she gets everything fixed and one night a tree falls on it for no good reason.  Her Mother is out of town, her Dad is at a meeting in New Orleans so she calls me (that's my job, to be there).  I tell my Husband to get a tarp and the chainsaw and here we go at 9 PM, we get there and the tree is bigger than the house.  The Fireman looks at my Husband and says I think you will need a bigger chainsaw.  Anyway, she is crying and I just go into Agent mode.  I say let's make Lemonaid.  This will work out.  The roof had a low pitch, got that changed so she has an atic.  The wiring was old, rewired and got better.  Closet in one bedroom was not working, moved it and the room got bigger.  I guess my point to this is alwys MAKE LEMONADE
