We leased an office building for 5 years in 6 weeks in a softening market. After speaking with the owner and explaining that the market was saturated with vacant office space he agreed to a lower square foot rent and now has a quality tenant in place for 5 years.
FULLY LEASED
The tenant is happy and should remain in place for the 5 years plus the two options. The owner is thrilled that his property is once more generating income and we are looking for more buildings to lease.
