The Elmwood is located on 10th & Yakima in Stadium. It's a beautiful street surrounded by big houses and zillion dollar views. It just dropped under 200k. These pictures are of my favorite unit, #3. This deck is gigantic! It runs the length of the unit and has entrances from the master and the dining room. Both of those rooms take in the views of the water, thanks to those nifty see-through rails.
