If you're like me, I love the fall season, the changing of the leaves, cooler weather and this time of year is just all around refreshing. J But then again with two children I tend to hate this time of year…the flu. And both of my children are school age, you know how that goes everyone shares and spreads the germs with love. J
So I find this interesting, I was dinking around the CDC web-site and found the Flu stats……
"Each year in the United States, approximately 200,000 people are hospitalized and 36,000 people die from the flu, while an estimated 75,000 to 125,000 children younger than 1 year old are hospitalized with severe RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection)."
Have you gotten your flu shot for the year? That's the question on my mind, I seriously considering having my whole family get one this year….my next question is, Is it too late?
