Other than the obvious reasons, such as trying to sell junk around your home, or looking for free items, have you tried this? I go to the renters section and if the rent they are willing to pay is high enough/makes sense, I contact them and ask if they have considered home ownership instead of renting? I do this most mornings, and a few minutes has brought me a few more leads each week. Try it! It is free and another way to increase your business!!

Giving Back With Each Home Sold!

I simply go to CL each day and look at the housing wanted section. I look for buyers willing to pay rent of at least $800. Not much of a systematic approach, and the rent figure could certainly be different in your area, but it has proven to work. Also, I am not sure if you saw my blog today on Not buying that puppy in the window...I am a HUGE animal lover an activist...check it out! Its so great you are rescuing animals in need. Thanks for giving them a loving home!
