Holden Beach Market Update

By

As we reach towards the end of another great year the end of the 4th quarter draws near. 2008 so far as been a very steady year though I grow interest of were this winter will take us with the transition of a new leader.

The Holde Beach market over all is going strong, it's a great time to buy & people are looking. Buyers want a deal, with a great portion of properties still priced at 2005 prices; the properties priced within the current market are selling quickly.

I recently had the chance to speak to a known long time investor/financial adviser. We spoke of various topics from prime rate to current loan options. When I asked his opinion of when the market would see the bottom He said "when prices get back to the level they were in 2002". I am now seeing some prices reaching that mark hoping we are beginning to see the bottom.
