The Auction Industry in the Real Estate Environment Seems a little sluggish at present, with buyers playing it extremely close to the vest, as far as spending goes. Cash is king and those who have it seem to be making the rules right now. Sellers, however, can experience good cash return on unique types of property, specifically land and commercial, as well as investment income producing property.
