As of November 17, 2008, the below chart provides for a Residential Property Analysis for both active and sold resale of residential Johnson County Kansas real estate from September 2008 through the end of October. As reflected in this chart, while the number of sold resale properties has decreased from September to the end of October, the good news is that the average sales price for real estate Johnson County has increased. Also, the number of active listings for Johnson County homes for sale has dropped during this time period which may account for the increase in the average sales price.
