My First Blog Post Ever!!!!

Hi, My is Jim Beatty I am a Vice President with Countrywide (can't wait to say Bank of America!).  I have been in the lending business for 25 years.  I have been through many different markets and learn something new from each one.   This one is no different.

This is the first time I have ever posted anything anywhere, Audrey June-Forshey is standing over my head, forcing me to write this post.  I always do what I am told.   I hope to learn new things here at Active Rain and if you need help from me do not hesitate to ask.
