With the price of energy these days, we need to do everything we can to be more efficient to help our pockets and the environment. I have some suggestions that may help with your winter energy bill.
- Replace the furnace filter monthly
- Install a programmable thermostat
- Lower the thermostat
- Upgrade your heating system to a new energy efficient unit
- Insulate the attic
- Have the heating system serviced
- Caulk and weather strip around doors and windows
I hope that these small tips can help this winter. It's great to be able to use the low energy bill as a selling point
