This is a hot source of business right now, if your phone isn't "ringing off the hook" right now you can't afford not to know how to negotiate with banks and go after pre-foreclosure listings.

Business is good, I'm soooo glad I decided to insulate myself from market conditions and go after purchase business! Keeps me working!

This was actually something we did for real estate agents, and not for consumers. I think you could get some good response from some investor groups if you are targeting clientele this way.
Ours went well. Through the organization and research I have become quite the expert and my advice would be that there is value in just learning about the topic, enough to teach. Being knowledgeable about this topic allows me to assist newer agents through difficult real estate transactions they come upon.
