* Complete a 60 hour certified course (approximate cost $400, soon to be revised to 90 hours)                        * Pass a state issued real estate exam                                                                                                       * $135 licensing fee                                                                                                                         * $145 exam fee                                                                                                                                      * Sponsorship by a Washington State Real Estate Broker

Are you a born salesperson? Can you complete the big deal?

If you think that you were born for this position, then a real estate license is perhaps the fastest and most cost-effective avenue to an exciting and potentially lucrative career. If you prefer a steady paycheck, a different career choice is probably more suited for you.
