I recently had a friend come down on US ARMY Military PCS orders to Fort Campbell in Clarksville TN. Originally they were going to rent because they owned a home here in Fort Rucker Alabama and like most military families who own a home, they were uncertain they wanted to have two mortgage payments.
After carefully reviewing profiles in the Clarksville area, I located Meli Gerogianis. I called Meli and left a voicemail, after a few short minutes she promptly returned my phone call. I explained to her that I have a friend that will be relocating to the FT Campbell area and would need some assistance with finding a rental home in the Clarksville area.
Perviously, my friend and I had discussed the possibility of using the remainder portion of their VA loan to purchase a second home. After a few emails and phone calls from Meli, my friend decided to buy, but she was not buying anything sight unseen.

Meli delivered the level of customer service that I had expected. She went above and beyond a typical average Realtor. She listened to my friends needs and wants. Meli, carefully hand selected all the listings she sent and confirmed the homes matched the needs and wants to the best of her knowledge.
After a week or so of emails, I called my friend to check on the home buying search. She was disappointed and frustrated that she was not finding anything that she liked. She was 100% confident that she would not put a contract on home she had not seen and thought about driving up to Clarksville area to preview homes in person.
A few days later, I received a call from Meli - "They put in an offer". I was confused and out of the loop. I quickly called my friend to get the information and the details. She confirmed that they had found the house that was perfect for her family and they were not going to let it slip away.
Meli took her own personal time to go and take several pictures of the home, from every angle to every inch. She went into great details of any flaws the home had. Meli SOLD the house by doing what she does best. Finding the perfect home based on carefully listening to her buyers. Pesonally going to the home and preveiwing in the eyes of her buyers and following up with her clients.
I asked my friend, "why the change of heart"? Her response, Meli made them feel so confident in her capabilities of selling homes in the Clarksville area. Meli took the time to follow up after each listings she sent. If there was a home that they were remotely interested, Meli would go and preview the home and take additional pictures.
The list could go on and on.
For all the above mentioned attributes, I thank Meli Gerogianis for doing what every great Realtor should do. I will not hesitate for one moment if I need to send a referral to Clarksville TN and the surrounding Fort Campbell area, Meli will be my number #1 choice.
