I read an interesting response to my manager Kathy Wynn's blog concerning short sales and how they're DRIVING HER CRAZY! LandAmerica responded with how they can help you through the process, just give them the paperwork and they'll keep you posted. To quote them,
"We provide you with a simple financial package, so you can gather the information from you client. Once you have an acceptable offer, you can submit the completed package to LandAmerica online.
We will work with the lender to facilitate and finalize the short sale approval while keeping you fully informed throughout the process".
Sounds almost too good to be true. Sooooooooo, has anyone ever taken advantage of this type of service and was it successful?
