I would like to say that I love my new office. I love the people there. They all are kind and hard working people. No drama, no games.

After a recent experience, this article was brought to my attention. I thought it was really good, and I wanted to share this w/ my friends on activerain.

If you ever had to work with or for someone w/ a toxic personality... you'll totally understand this article.

I just wish I would have got this article 2 months ago. LOL. Enjoy friends.

Learn, lead, and succeed. Semper Fi.

ACK! I hate office drama...if you want drama, you'll finddrama...I "cleaned up" shop a long time ago...got rid of ALL my toxic acquaintances...don't need them...and life is better for it! I think the article is a "no-brainer"...it just takes "common sense" to deal with these sort of people...

Great article and thanks for sharing.  There are whiners wherever you go, so be on the look out.  The funny thing is the whiners are also the ones who don't produce.  COINCIDENCE, I THINK NOT!

Good article...I agree, there are always "downers" everywhere.     Good tips on how to cope, though.

Aaron~ I avoid Whiners and can't be bothered with their negativity.  It will only pull you down and wear you out!  Life is too short!

Aaron, I have worked with toxic people in other jobs, and this is good advice.  That is what I love about Real Estate, you can almost avoid them completely.

"For instance, "whenever you want to yell ‘idiot,' yell ‘you superstar' inside," Ogawa suggests."

I think you should yell 'YOU SUPERSTAR' right out loud.  Maybe if they think you're crazy, they'll leave you alone.  Plus...it would just be fun.

*throw in a little crazy eye, too*
