A good camera for Real Estate? Some thoughts...

Hi All,

For real estate, a good camera, in the right hands can help make the difference between a photograph and a snapshot. The difference? I have always believed a snapshot is just that. A photograph is one that draws the viewer into the picture -- it tells a story of which the viewer is a part.

The best part of a good camera? A good lens system. How do you tell? Take a great picture (photograph) of the bathroom. A good wide angle lens with no fringe distortion may come in quite handy for this tricky shot. Play with a polarizing filter as well. It is great for reflections or sky / sea shots depending what kind of mood you want to create.

Remember, this is a business expense item and could be a writeoff section 179 deduction as well. (I know, first you have to make the money before you can deduct it -- And if you can't show it well, it will be hard to sell it.. And if you can't sell it, you can't make the money.... Chicken and egg -- or just another Catch 22 -- ah, but I digress).

Enjoy this great career.
