Remember that old song, "Should I stay or should I go?" It keeps playing in my head. Like a lot of real estate agents and/or every other professional in any way linked to real estate, I've been wondering if this is the time to bow out, atleast for a while. On my way into the office for a meeting the other day (after which we toured a 2.4 million dollar property in Cary, NC,) I actually heard the song. Being the generally (albeit not so much in the past couple of days) positive person that I am, it actually made me laugh out loud. "Should I stay or should I go now? If I stay, there could be trouble. If I go there could be double?" Oh Yoda...what to do? What to do? I do not feel that the Force is with me! But, then again, what is 2.4% of $2.4 mill? Even after the split, that's alotta money!
