Is there a secret to getting more work from ReoTrans?

Can anyone who has been successful in getting work from  Reotrans help me?

Are there any key words or descriptions that AMs are looking for in profiles?

I have been viewed 36 times and gotten one job.

Do AM's provide behind the scenes ratings on Reotrans Agents?

I am  a Keller Williams Agent located in a northern suburb of MN so I won't  be taking any of your BPOs/Listings unless you live here.
