Agents, I have a question about Countrywide

Hi everybody,

We do work on a lot of REO's for agents and most of them are owned by Ocwen.  We are able to bill Ocwen direct thru their RealTrans system for the work on these properties, which eliminates the agent having to pay for the items and wait to be reimbursed.

My question is, does Countrywide use a similar system? Is it REOtrans?  We have done work on Countrywide VA properties but haven't been able to figure out how to bill them direct so the agent doesn't have to fork over all the cash!

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Countrywide is a huge national company! Has REO and current workout programs for people in foreclosure. Why dont you just call Countrywide themselves or search their website?
