These days every penny counts. I can't waste money and neither can any of my agents. So, what are you doing to effectively market and not break the bank? It's funny but right now I feel really good about Craigslist. You can't beat the price - free - and it works. I get leads and people do respond to the open house listings.
So what are you doing? I know it's probably a closely guarded secret, but sometimes sharing is a great way to get that warm, fuzzy feeling!
This is a list of some of the places I am listed with, some of them are blogs, some blogs you can't put a link directly to you website but you can put a link to another blog that has you website on it. I am having a hard time with google optimization, I can't seem to get on #1 for select search words for more than an hour and it is by blasting many sites and blogs at the same time in order to get that.

Jeff, networking with professionals in your community is free, and effective. I've received many referrals from my business associates (bank executives, insurance execs, chamber events, etc.). And when you are out and about, dress the part. Whether you are grocery shopping, children's events, or whatever, look like a real estate professional. And always have a positive attitude and wear a smile.
Become an expert ("Maven") in your market place by writing a book (or eBook) and publishing it.
After writing the book, "Stop Foreclosure Fast - Solutions to Save your House" I become recognized as an industry pro. Try it, it works!
