Happy House Hunting

We are all independent contractors and thus can run our businesses anyway we see fit. We can work to make it grow, we can work to maintain a status quo or we can cut the cord. My goal, my purpose, my focus is my Real Estate Business. I want to, need to MUST make this a success. By the time you pay all your fees, attend the  extra training to maintain your license, pay for marketing and expenses and the additional taxes what will you actually clear.  I am learning it's not what I make, it's what I get to keep.  So we need to raise the bar to one transaction per month AT LEAST.   We live by the get by giving philosophy.  Start at MENTORING group? Yes YOU, You do have something to offer, guidance and encouragement offer valuable support. This will be about growth, improvement, challenge, accountability, full participation, NO EXCUSES - do it or don't. If you are not charged up, if your priorities are not clear you have to work it out. We must do what we say we will, sometimes more but never less.  Prepare a mission statement, define your purpose and work at doing what you love.
