Client Survey Tip
My guess is that there are quite a few agents who ask their clients to fill out customer surveys. What do you do with those surveys? Do you file them away in a drawer to pull out when you have had a bad day?
What to Do?
Place each one in a binder along with a picture of you and the client at closing. Include any thank you cards you receive. Carry it with you on your appointments and open houses.
Post each one on your web site. Most people make the mistake of posting only 3 or 4 -post them all, the more the better!
