Local and national news is filled with negative publicity of hurricanes, global warming, high insurance, and taxes. These have been major challenges for local homeowners. However, prices have fallen over the past two years helping to offset these changes. The Emerald Coast market is priced well below that of Southern California, or Southern Florida. Buyers have an almost limitless inventory to choose from. This is the best place in the world to live. So I say to those people who regret not buying 10 years ago, buy now and be happy in 2017.
