I know it's nice to have a little fun and play a little "get to know you" game once in awhile...I wouldn't have chosen today to do it, but I didn't have a choice. It's Karl's fault - he tagged me. And now here's my MeMe!

MeMe
Get it? MeMe? LOL
OK...First "The Rules:"
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next two to five sentences.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one. Pick the Closest.
6. Tag five people to do the same
*The one book that this cannot be is The Bible.
Here's mine...
Nearest book = owner's manual for my new iMac, there was a page 56, but not enough sentences...therefore we move on to the next book and here we go:
How to List & Sell Real Estate by Danielle Kennedy (with Warren Jamison) - this is a real estate book that I love, and I have posted on it before...I keep it on my desk as a reminder that there's a right way to do things to make money and be a success and there's also a "right" way to do something just like you've always done and get the same results. (tongue firmly planted in cheek)
OK, page 56...5th sentence...ok, here's the next few:
"This is a great winning script if you use it right. Don't waste its impact by hitting fizzbos with it when they're fresh on the market and bursting with false confidence. Wait until you've built some credibility and rapport with them through several visits, during which time marketplace has introduced a glimmer of reality into their thinking.
How soon this can happen depends on their personalities and pressures. I've seen it happen within a week."
Not the most profound sentences in the book by any means...LOL...but not bad. The only other "book" on my desk right now would be the holiday L.L. Bean catalog :-)
OK...don't blame me, blame Karl...because I'm tagging you next:
